Helping women in business network and grow is the primary mission of the Professional Womens Organization Online (PWOO).

Our goal is to spark enough interest and generate enough revenue from our memberships to eventually help young women achieve their goals. With today's economy on the rise women are finding that they no longer have a choice of working or staying home, but rather they have to work out of necessity of providing for their family. Women are now faced with that struggle of having to provide for their family while still providing a place of stability for their young children. The professional women's organization online is planning a program that will help young girls choose their career path at a young age, and provide mentorship as these young ladies develop their careers and career goals. Young women that would like to stay home and raise a family will be provided with options and help as they develop their careers as work at home moms. Members of the organization will help these young women develop their skills as web designers, medical transcriptionists, pampered chef representatives; you name it - to generate enough of an income to assist in providing for their family. We will also help young women in their struggle with self esteem issues to feel confident that they can be a part of providing for their family effectively while still maintaining a household.
